My career began in Central London, where I spent ten years working across both premium estate agencies and ambitious prop‑tech start‑ups. Those years gave me a front‑row seat to the realities of the property market — the excitement, the pressure, and, too often, the disappointment when sales fell through. I saw buyers left disheartened, sellers left waiting, and transactions collapsing for reasons that could have been avoided with better preparation.
That frustration became a turning point. I retrained as a Building Surveyor, determined to understand property from the inside out. While studying building pathology, I kept a close eye on the sales market and the slow pace of industry change. It became clear that the traditional model wasn’t just outdated — it was fundamentally flawed.
Drawing on my estate agency background and my technical surveying expertise, I set out to create a smarter, more reliable way to sell property. Inspired by the upfront‑preparation models used in Scotland and across the Nordic countries, I built a process that tackles legal due diligence, documentation, and property condition before a home ever reaches the market.
My goal is to fix the weak points in property transactions and make the entire experience less stressful for everyone involved.
